We Are Resendez!

I am currently a Business Management student at Utah Valley University (UVU). I will graduate in the summer of this year and I am so excited and so scared at the same time. I am excited to move on in life and to start doing bigger and better things but I do not know what those bigger and better things are for me so I am so scared. I love being in school and learning but I am over doing homework and stressing about grades. I love to learn and have been getting back into reading lately and also love that! I have taught myself to sew recently and have enjoyed that but I don’t currently find a lot of time to do it.

Ty.

He graduated from BYU in April of 2018 with a BS in Exercise Science. He is currently working for BYU SLC in their Continuing Education department as a Tech Support personnel. Ty is also studying to take the GRE so he can apply to a masters program at the University of Utah starting in the summer or fall. This would be a Masters in Information Systems.

Ty and I have been married for almost four years (on May 2!) and we have loved nearly every second of it! We are both from Arizona but have lived in Utah for most of our marriage. Ty was born in Utah and lived overseas on three different occasions as a child but he spent his teenage years in Arizona so that is what he claims as home. As of yet we do not really feel like we have a home (like a place our family comes from) because we are both from Arizona, lived in Utah for almost four years, plan to spend a few more years here, but then we would like to do a little traveling and possibly live abroad for some time before we really plant roots. And we are not sure where we want those roots to be planted yet. But we don’t mind being a little “lost” for now because we love being together and could be happy anywhere!
